Shipping policy

Processing time: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Shipping rates: we offer FREE shipping across Canada on every order. Canada: 4 to 8 business days, free.

Tracking: you will receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments: contact us at hello@spilaknutrition.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Incorrect addresses: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, email us and we will try to correct it before the order ships.
