We stand behind every bottle of Spilak magnesium L-threonate. If you don't feel a difference within 60 nights of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the product price, with no need to ship anything back.

How to request a refund: email hello@spilaknutrition.com within 60 nights of delivery with your order number and the subject line "Refund - [Order Number]".

Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number, and we will ship a free replacement.

Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
